There was a time when I had no hopes of this place. Could not get my maintenance request answered for months. Having a constant leak from the bottom of my toilet was irritable to say the least. Thankfully a change of management sparked a positive outlook on how things can be in the near future. The new respectable manager, Zoey , had given me reassurance that my request will be followed up on with more urgency. Then the following day the leak was resolved within 15 minutes. I’m so thankful for the manager sending in the maintenance man to fix my toilet.

Ok so this is actually a follow up review if you scroll all the way back i have previous ones as well. I want to begin by stating that there has recently been a change to management ( not real recent but you get the point) . Since these ladies have come into the office I am definitely noticing changes in my service and my care of the unit. Now I want to first point out that I have been living here going on 6 years through these years I've watched kids out of control in the neighborhood, adults trash the grounds and heard many complaints well lets be real it takes the residents to help. Now we have recently gone through a pandemic that has displaced many of us these ladies went above and beyond to make sure many were not left homeless or stuck with past due rent payments on top of that they pushed to make sure I got my kitchen and bathroom redone when supplies were limited yes they were honest with progress going slow but they kept me updated and followed through. They have always been nice and polite to me and made me feel as if my concerns were valid special thanks to Emily who even helped me get through some very difficult times during this crisis we or some of us are facing. I am saying this to say if you are a single parent with kids or even a family who is facing a difficult time with the spikes in rent increase and finding comfortable space these townhomes do the job. It is not the Hilton or Ritz and you wont be charged those prices but you can definitely comfortably stay here a lot has definitely change since the new management took over I can definitely see myself being here long term until I'm ready to purchase a home.
