Private garage parking is available for secure parking. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay for a $99 non-refundable pet fee. This centrally located home is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers looking for both comfort and convenience. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest count and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guests are responsible for damages caused by their party. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late checkout fee. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain.
