This spacious layout comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. This home features multiple living areas ideal for relaxing or working remotely, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and stylish furnishings with thoughtful touches throughout. Private garage is available for secure parking, and dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay for a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Located in the Bayview/Ocean View area of Norfolk, this home is in a laid-back coastal neighborhood known for its quiet streets, local charm, and relaxed pace of life. Ocean View Beach Park is just a short drive away, and downtown Norfolk is approximately 15–20 minutes away. Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is about a 10–12 minute drive. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm and 8am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee.
