Also included is a 55” 4K Smart TV in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms, memory foam mattresses and premium linens, spa-style bathrooms with high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, an in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent, and a private balcony or patio. Garage parking is available for 1 mid-size SUV or smaller, and driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles. Pets are welcome with a fee of $19 per night (capped at $200 per stay) for 1 pet, or $29 per night (capped at $300 per stay) for 2 pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $200, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21 years old or older, but guests ages 18–20 may book a reservation with a one-time fee of $75. All guests 18 and older must provide identification prior to check-in.
