It features a spacious living area with modern furnishings, fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps), self-check-in via smart lock, and an in-unit washer and dryer with starter detergent provided. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everyday cooking and chef meals and includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer), pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups (starter set), blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. A 55” 4K smart TV is available in the living room with access to popular streaming platforms. Parking is available in the garage for one mid-size SUV or smaller, and driveway parking is available for two vehicles. No street parking is allowed. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). There is also a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets.
