A dog is welcome with approval and an additional fee per pet per stay. Nestled in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that feels like home, this home is a 15-minute drive to Bank of America Stadium. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or garage, which will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only, and cigarette butts must be discarded responsibly. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am; please respect the neighbors, as complaints will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Corporate and social parties or events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host, and additional fees apply. No more than 6 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn. If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
