There are 2 designer bathrooms, including a primary bath with a sleek walk-in shower and a second full bath with a soaking tub. The chic living room offers comfortable seating and a Roku smart TV. This home is dog-friendly, and pets are welcome for an additional fee per pet per stay. Nestled in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that feels like home, this home is centrally located 20 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and a 15-minute drive to Bank of America Stadium. It is also close to Carowinds Amusement Park and Uptown. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or garage, which will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only, and cigarette butts must be discarded responsibly. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am; please respect the neighbors, as complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Corporate or social parties and events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host, and additional fees apply. No more than 6 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No parking or driving on the lawn. If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. Lightning-fast Wi-Fi is available for remote work.
