This residence provides the ultimate in furnishings, art, and high-end finishes. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a gas range with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, and a stackable washer and dryer. Off of the kitchen, a dining area seats six. The large living room features upholstered furniture for comfortable seating and a flatscreen television for entertainment. Enjoy 400-thread-count linens and thick Egyptian cotton towels. Each bedroom has a generous closet and a television. Stainless appliances with granite countertops, new heating and cooling systems, and plumbing provide modern amenities, while the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways, and 2-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction. Large double-hung windows let in an abundance of light in all of the rooms, and the screened porch provides comfortable outdoor living space. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is $50. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. For nature enthusiasts, Myers Park boasts enchanting green spaces and parks that provide a tranquil retreat from the bustling city. Take a leisurely stroll through the lush gardens of Wing Haven or immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Freedom Park. Myers Park's prime location grants easy access to Charlotte's most iconic attractions and cultural destinations. The streetcar to Uptown is a 10-minute walk away. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building.
