The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required for the same price as the regular cleaning fee. No smoking is allowed, and violations are subject to a $200 fine confirmed by use of an ozone machine. Hosts must be notified via the platform of any issues within 2 hours of check-in. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc. No parties or events are allowed, with a maximum of 4 guests; violations will result in immediate eviction. Pest control is routinely carried out, but due to the coastal location and high humidity, there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests.
