The apartment is a short distance from the Pentagon and Crystal City business district, home to numerous federal contractors and headquarters, and hundreds of restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, offering a diverse array of culinary and shopping experiences. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with their full name and a valid government-issued ID. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Please do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating operates from October 13 – May 1, and air conditioning operates from May 15 – October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fine, and an unauthorized party will result in a $300 fine. A lost fob or access card costs $250, and a lost parking tag costs $200–$300.
