On-site parking and dog-friendly comfort complete your Charlotte stay. Dogs are welcome for $59 per dog, with a fee of $120 if unregistered. An optional workstation with a 32" monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for $10 per day. A pack ’n Play or high chair is available with 24 hours notice. Steps from cafés, Independence Park, and the Streetcar with direct access to Plaza Midwood, Uptown, and Novant Hospital. Welcome to Elizabeth, Charlotte’s second-oldest streetcar neighborhood, where historic craftsman homes, oak-shaded sidewalks, and modern cafés create an inviting urban village feel. A five-minute streetcar ride connects you to Uptown for the Mint Museum, Discovery Place, and sports at Bank of America Stadium. Guests must be 21 or older and ID verification is required. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking and parties are not allowed and will incur a $500 fee. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved.
