I had a water leak coming from my front window, and Jeff immediately assessed the situation. He went above and beyond, searching for, and fixing the leak. He is experienced, professional, and diligent. Clean-up was thorough and privacy was maintained. He even went as far as putting my curtains and pictures back on the wall with brand new cordless blinds. Thank you Sansom Pointe for taking care of your seniors!
