I was having some issues with my air conditioning and I couldn’t get it very cool in my apartment so I put in a maintenance request. Francisco who is the maintenance manager came to check He ordered me a whole new Air conditioning unit and it was in the very next day He handled everything promptly and courteously Thank you. Well Done!!

Watervue Apartments has been a very pleasant place to live for the past three years. There's access to great parks and trail systems nearby. It's close proximity to Walmart is also very convenient. The ducks are also fun to watch. My thanks to the residents who do the work to feed them every day to keep them here.
In the past, here have been some issues when a bad management company was here. However, the new management company, Highmark Residential, has been excellent. The employees at the front office provide very good customer service, and they are friendly and professional. Plus, this year, unlike in 2024, the pool is open. Hooray!
The maintenance requests are consistently done one time and often quicker. There was a day when the stairs broke in one of the apartment buildings. After I brought up the issue to the front office, the stairs were taped off the next day and repaired only three days after the request was made. Rust in the welded connections of the stairs may be an issue in other locations in the future. Altogether, very quick response time and great quality work.
Overall, I am satisfied and thankful to live here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

Lupe in the front office (and honestly all of the staff I have met) are absolute gems, she’s been so amazing in the process of applying, I’ll happily be calling Watervue home soon! Any questions or concerns I have had in the process they addressed and went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and I’m so excited to join the community.

I can now give a real review since new management took over the property. High Mark has done a great job with beginning to right the wrongs the previous management company had. The front office is a lot better, Sam is absolutely amazing with getting things taken care of, and things are getting renovated now so there are improvements and things are headed in the right direction! I now see maintenance riding around every day checking up on the apartments and I see the cleaning team every other day. I would recommend coming here and once again a huge shoutout to Sam for helping me and being kind, courteous, and professional!
I would like to start off by saying that we absolutely love living here. We have even recommended it to several friends who are looking to move next year. It's beautiful, safe, and issues are corrected in an extremely timely matter. Unfortunately, I'm a little upset by the lack of humanity within the leasing office. I recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Postpartum depression along with a few other family medical issues and areas of concern are making it to where our family would be better suited back home in TN with my family.
We know that there are people probably waiting to get in here, it’s affordable and beyond nice. But when my husband contacted the office asking to see if there's anything we can do about our lease they were extremely rude. Now we're not looking to break our lease. Simply asking if they were able to see if they had someone waiting that would be able to move in so that we could take care of our family and possibly get out of our lease early cause no harm to the complex. Instead we were treated extremely uncomfortably. Told that maybe I should get a job or go on medication and maybe that’ll help instead. We've been on time with rent and good tenants. I'm just shocked there is no one willing to help us out when we're trying to do what's best for my daughter. Even if there was no solution, to show at least some sympathy and treat us nicer than that.

We went back in today, and they ended up explaining more of our options in detail. Now we have a positive solution for both parties. We genuinely love this apartment complex, and love the people/staff. They always are so quick to fix things and we appreciate it very much. We just had one bad experience with one staff member, but even she seemed sorry when we went in.

I have been lucky enough to work with Erica, one of the staff members in the leasing office, through this whole process. She has been nothing short of professional and courteous with every question and/or concern I have.
The whole move in process was so smooth, the application was easy, and the apartments are beautiful. I would highly recommend this property for any of my friends or family.
I love this apartment complex, I have lived here for the past seven months and intend on staying here for as long as possible. The management staff Zoe, Sam, Erica and Alyssa have been amazing! I had a situation I needed help with and they addressed it immediately and I couldn’t be happier. It’s hard to find a good management team these days that actually cares about their tenants and their needs. My children and I feel safe here, they keep the complex clean and secure. The maintenance team is also top notch, they come out immediately to complete all work orders. Living here has been a great experience for my children and I, thank you for all the you do!
We Love Watervue! We have been residents of this apartment complex for roughly 4 yrs now and we probably won't move unless we purchase our own property. We have never had any issues with the management, as a matter of fact, Ashley is a wonderful person and a great manager for the facility. She seems to be on top of things happening at the complex and is always sending us emails of updates and what is going on. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure we have no issues. The maintenance personnel are amazing!! When I put in a maintenance order online their maintenance personnel are at our apartment with in 2 hrs fixing the problem. They are courteous, clean, hard working and safe. The grounds are kept safe and secure, and when ever the entry gates break down, which happens, they are usually fixed within the day, unless it's on a weekend. They have landscapers that come in regularly for the upkeep of the property, they do a great job and are very nice. The only issue I have is that the garbage pick up is only from Sunday to Thursdays and that puts a damper on having to take the garbage down to the dumpster, which I really do think they need a 2nd dumpster posted there, but then they have an issue of other people not living in the complex dumping their garbage and furniture there. This is really a wonderful place for our family to live, we feel safe, and we feel like we live in a community, not just another apartment complex.
Update 08/22/2024: Wow, I can't believe that we've lived here now for roughly 13 years. We almost moved about 2 years ago when the management company here was quite bad. But, we now have a great management company that we're quite happy with. They replaced a lot of the lighting in the community, and it's so much brighter, we feel safer walking around the complex in the early mornings or evenings. They keep the mail room area clean, to include the entire grounds. The landscaping they hired is phenomenal! I don't think I've seen our grass so green since we first moved in. The staff are always helpful to include the maintenance staff that are always on top of getting the maintenance requests finished in a timely manner. They are kind, courteous and helpful! Thank you Watervue staff for providing a place we love coming home to!
