Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table for 8. Relax in a cozy Texas-inspired living room with plush sofas and a fireplace. Enjoy movie nights in the cinema room, friendly competition in the game room, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out in this home with a private pool, fire pit, and BBQ. Includes stainless steel appliances, cookware and utensils, designer décor and accent wall, a soaking tub and walk-in shower, dual vanities and mirrors, toiletries, an arcade console, air hockey and darts, swing chairs, a big screen, loungers, a pergola, a BBQ grill and a furnished patio, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and free parking in the garage and driveway. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed at this property. Only registered guests will be allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture. A pet cleaning fee will be applied. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six guests. The fireplace is inoperable. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Plenty of body towels are offered, but feel free to bring your own pool towels. The cinema room functions as a bedroom, equipped with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed in this home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties.
