The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful upgrades such as shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers the perfect blend of classic charm and modern comforts with an oversized sectional, coffee tables, media console, lighting, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a designer rug, and homey accents. Enjoy the swimming pool with a basketball net, outdoor patio furniture, and a fire pit with seating in the fully fenced yard for your privacy. A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your complimentary use. Challenge your friends to a friendly game of pool at the pool table located next to the dinner table. Free parking is available in the 2-car garage. If additional parking space is needed, guests may park on the neighborhood streets as well. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Recognized for its small-town feel with big-city amenities, Saginaw is known as "the city on the right track". Eagle Mountain Park, a recreational area with 400-acres of unspoiled green space, hiking trails, and a scenic overlook, is a 17-minute drive. Saginaw Heritage Square, a historic park showcasing Saginaw’s rich history with restored buildings including a train depot, log cabin, and a one-room school house, is a 14-minute drive. Airborne Trampoline Park, an indoor facility featuring wall-to-wall trampolines, foam pits, dodgeball courts, and more, is a 23-minute drive. The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, an acclaimed contemporary complex with a reflecting pool housing more than 3,000 post World War II artworks, is a 19-minute drive. Billy Bob’s Texas, the world’s largest honky-tonk with a live bull-riding area and dozens of bars, is a 15-minute drive. The Fort Worth Stockyards, a historical landmark honoring the home of Fort Worth’s livestock industry during the late 19th century, is a 20-minute drive. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is a 12-minute drive. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The nightly rate includes the first six guests. A $29/night fee will be applied for each additional guest. The fireplace and spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Plenty of body towels are offered for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device does not record nor store sound data and only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
