The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a 55” smart TV, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a head shower and soaking tub, while the second bathroom is a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room includes a 65” smart TV. The fenced-in backyard, located by the creek, boasts a huge pool area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and a dining area with a mini seating area around a fire pit. A brand new hot tub is also available for use. Parking is available in the 2-car garage and a large driveway. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, yet still giving you the feeling of being right at home. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The landscaper visits once a week. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. This quiet, residential neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat with spacious green areas and a family-friendly atmosphere.
