Nestled in North Richland Hills, this vacation home is located in one of the top 100 places to live in America. It’s conveniently situated just 18 minutes from DFW airport, 16 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and under 30 mins to downtown Dallas. Close to home, you can find a few fun activities for the whole family. Calloway Branch Trail (2 minutes away) is a 1.9-mile loop trail that features beautiful wild florae. The Mountasia Family Fun Center (7 minutes) features mini golf, go-kart racing, batting cages, bumper boats, and a climbable rock formation. For even more fun, Adventure World Playground is a bigger venue offering similar activities, or if you’re interested in water activities, NRH2O Family Water Park is the place to go (both are also just 7 minutes away). Fort Worth also has many must-see attractions with something for everyone. Sundance Square, recognized as one of the top downtown developments in America, is the shopping, restaurant, and entertainment hub and the heart of the city. The Fort Worth Water Gardens are a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing oasis and a true engineering and architectural achievement. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance and kept off beds and furniture; pet cleaning fees apply. The nightly rate includes the first six guests and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace is wood burning and for safety reasons, wood is not provided and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
