The interior is modern and cozy with gorgeous interior design, an open-concept layout, high ceilings, and large windows. The living room has a high ceiling open to the upper level and huge windows. It’s furnished with comfy furniture and gorgeous accessories. The open kitchen has built-in appliances and lots of counter space. You’ll also have a breakfast area to enjoy your meals, while looking out to the backyard. Or you can have your food in your very own spacious and stunningly decorated dining room right off of the kitchen. The fully equipped laundry room is all yours to use as well. Each bedroom is meticulously planned and outfitted with your comfort in mind with lavish linens on the high-end furniture. The main bedroom has a door leading out to backyard. The master bath has an amazing standing shower and relaxing soaking tub, plus a large vanity space. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that free parking is offered with 2 cars allowed in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are only minutes away. Nestled in Haltom City, a suburb of Fort Worth, this vacation home is in a great location close to highways, restaurants, entertainment, parks, and trails. It’s conveniently situated just 20 minutes from DFW airport, 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and 35 minutes to downtown Dallas. Buffalo Ridge Park Trail is located just a 4-minute drive away. Calloway Branch Trail (10 minutes away) is a 1.9-mile loop trail. The Mountasia Family Fun Center (13 minutes) features mini golf, go kart racing, batting cages, bumper boats, and a climbable rock formation. Fort Worth also has many must-see attractions with something for everyone, such as Sundance Square, the Fort Worth Water Gardens, Stockyards National Historic District, the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum, and the Japanese Garden. AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026 is a 26 min drive away. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Pets should be discussed in advance and only house-trained pets are allowed and asked to make sure they keep off beds and furniture, and pet cleaning fees will be applied.
