Up to 2 pets are welcome with prior approval, with a maximum combined pet weight of 75 lbs. Commonly restricted breeds are not permitted. An extra $10/night pet rent will be required, as well as a screenshot of recent vet records for dogs. Free open parking for up to 2 cars is available right in front of the apartment. Located in a peaceful retreat between Dublin and Hilliard, The Kensington at Riggins Run offers tree-lined streets and easy access to the best of Columbus. Bridge Park, with its restaurants and shops, is just 5 minutes away. Top corporate campuses like Cardinal Health, Nationwide, Honda, and Dublin are 10–25 minutes away. Emerald Fields Park, Coffman Park, and the Heritage Trail are 5–10 minutes away. Dublin's dining scene, including The Avenue Steak Tavern, Local Cantina, Kitchen Social, and Cap City Diner, is a short drive away. Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea and Fox in the Snow Café are minutes away, and grocery stores, pharmacies, and local cafés are nearby.
