About the neighborhood: There is an elementary school just down the street. Very walkable neighborhood, surrounded by lush trees and even a park. A short drive (about 5 minutes) will get you to either I270 or I71--perfect access for a commute to work anywhere in the Columbus area. Prompt communication with landlords (offsite), along with an affordable price. Come check us out! 12 month lease period required. First month's rent and security deposit must be paid at the signing. Applications will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. Renter's insurance is not included. An account must be set up with the utility companies prior to the day of move in. Rent is to be paid the first day of the month. The exact terms of the lease will be discussed prior to signing. On site, assigned parking space included. Visitor spots and ample street parking as well. Normal wear and tear of appliances and built in amenities are the responsibility of the property owners. Appliances that are damaged or broken by the tenants will be their responsibility. We strongly suggest you obtain renter's insurance, but it is not required.
