You're in one of Miami's most walkable areas, steps from Kaseya Center, Bayside, Bayfront Park, and the waterfront. Enjoy easy access to morning coffee, waterfront walks, and dinner with city views. Kaseya Center is across the street, and Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace are a quick stroll away. Take the free Metromover to explore Brickell's restaurants, bars, and Brickell City Centre without a car. Beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown are a short 10–15 minute ride away.
