Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Bellevue in one of the city’s most accessible neighborhoods, this home is close to everyday essentials, parks, and shopping. It's also a short drive from Newcastle Golf Course, T-Mobile headquarters, downtown Bellevue, and scenic hiking trails in nearby Coal Creek and Cougar Mountain. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy or shoes in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. Kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and bring poop bags to pick up after your pets.
