This studio offers a full kitchen stocked with essentials and a full bathroom with a shower. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with Netflix. On-site laundry is available for a fee of $1.75 per wash and $1.75 per dry. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM; please respect neighbors and maintain low noise levels. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in the hot tub area. Check-in is after 4 PM via secure lockbox, and check-out is by 11 AM. The home is not fully wheelchair accessible; contact us before booking to confirm accommodations. Studio units on the property are occupied by long-term tenants; please respect their privacy and keep interaction minimal. Only guests of the main house may use the hot tub. Before use, shower to remove lotions/oils and check the water temperature (max 104°F / 40°C). Carefully remove and replace the cover after use. Children must be supervised (not recommended under age 12). Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes. No diving, jumping, food, smoking, or glassware. Avoid alcohol or medications that impair alertness. If the water looks cloudy/unclean, do not use and notify us. Report any damage/malfunction immediately and do not attempt repairs. Guests have access to a shared private pool. Convenient street parking is available right in front of the home. The outdoor areas are shared with guests from the other two units on the property. Access is provided to all four bedrooms in the main house—two with king-size beds (including the master suite), one with two queen beds, and one with a full bed—and to three full bathrooms, including the luxurious en suite in the master suite. Relax in the spacious lounge area with cozy seating, a 50-inch TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen (all modern appliances except a dishwasher) and gather around the dining table that seats eight. Relax and unwind in your private outdoor hot tub, perfect for up to four guests. The four studio units on the property are reserved for long-term tenants and are not accessible during your stay. Kindly note there is a required security deposit for this unit. The partner will reach out to you to collect it and handle it offline upon your reservation
