The fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, featuring quartz countertops, beautiful cabinetry, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The large island offers plenty of counter space, and you’ll have everything you need to make your own meals or enjoy some amazing local takeout. The 4 large bedrooms offer luxurious bedding, high-end furniture, and lovely wall art. The 2 stunning, hotel-quality bathrooms have amazing finishes and upgrades. Parking is available in the 2-car garage and in front of the house. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six. Located in an upscale area of metropolitan Dallas, this vacation home is conveniently located close to many major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. It’s 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. Klyde Warren Park is 9 minutes away, and the nearby dining options are nearly unlimited. You’ll also be just minutes from the most popular Dallas attractions, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, The Sixth Floor Museum, the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. Reunion Tower is also a must-see. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
