Located in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently near all the exciting Dallas attractions, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is an elegant getaway with cozy warm touches throughout. The home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The kitchen features a functional layout, stainless steel appliances, and ample countertops, perfect for whipping up delicious meals and snacks. The posh dining room is ideal for enjoying meals around the table, and the living room, with its arched high ceilings and bright spacious layout, is perfect for unwinding with friends and family. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill available for use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Come experience the best of Dallas. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended.
