This apartment is in Rosslyn, Arlington's most connected neighborhood, offering a perfect blend of urban energy and scenic green spaces right at the foot of the Key Bridge. You are steps from the Rosslyn Metro, connecting you to the National Mall in minutes. Surrounded by top-rated restaurants like Sfoglina Pasta House and vibrant bars like Continental Pool Lounge, you can experience an unbeatable walkable lifestyle. A short, scenic walk across the Key Bridge takes you into historic Georgetown. You are just a 5-minute walk from the Rosslyn Metro Station (Blue, Orange, Silver lines), putting all of D.C.'s landmarks just a few stops away. A quick Metro ride takes you directly to the National Mall, where you can explore the Smithsonian Museums and iconic monuments. Enjoy a peaceful escape with a hike on Theodore Roosevelt Island or visit the profound Arlington National Cemetery. For your convenience, a large and modern Safeway supermarket with a pharmacy and Starbucks is located just a few blocks away. A smartphone is mandatory to download and use the building's access app for entry. For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and a party on the property is charged a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please display your parking permit at all times, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered, but it is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties), damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy), any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged: Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.) Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy.
