It includes a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV, coffee table, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, dining table with chairs, 1 queen bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: $25 per night, 8-29 nights: $200, and 30+ nights: $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. A $500 late check-out fee applies if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 fee.
