I lived at the Greenpoint for three years and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious and are made with quality parts and appliances. The service here is fantastic, they have staff available 24/7 for your needs and they are incredibly friendly. Don was a fantastic concierge who always greeted me by name with a smile. Don always helped me anytime I needed. Justin and Rich in the package room were always friendly as well and happy to help me out with my package arrivals. Great people great place!

Has to be one of the worst "luxury" buildings to live in. Aside from a handful of doorman that are wonderful, management is terrible. When you have an issue they just say "I've been working in this building for 15+ years and never experienced that" windows don fully close so air comes through, noise level is absolutely horrific. Their solution for the window is to completely shut it so you cant open it. One doorman is absolutely obnoxious, one porter refused to bring up a package unless you paid him. The building is lipstick on a pig. Large apartments, but terrible living with poor quality finishes. Final straw was when they withheld money from my security deposit with no explanation. Such a minimum amount I believe they do this so that they can scam people so they won't notice. STAY AWAY from this building, it's absolutely awful.
