Pets are welcome with prior written approval and a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7–21 nights, or $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights/monthly. This apartment is in a lively, historic part of Philadelphia—Old City / Spring Garden, so you may hear the usual sounds of city life, including traffic, nearby restaurants, and nightlife, especially on weekends. Smoking or open flames are strictly prohibited, and violation will result in a $1,000 fee, a $500 ozone treatment, and cleaning costs. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Undisclosed guests or pets will result in a $50 per person/pet per night fee. If undisclosed pets are found, there will be a $500 fine. Guests are responsible for trash disposal, and fines for violations are the guest's responsibility. A cleaning is required every 30 days for long-term stays and will be auto-charged to your original payment method. A brief inspection is conducted once a month with at least 24 hours' notice. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out will result in a fee of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM.
