Feel at home in this cozy apartment located in the heart of the beloved North Loop neighborhood. This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features soaring ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor. The kitchen is fully equipped and complimentary coffee is provided. The building uses a state of the art heat pump system that complies with its historical preservation status and will keep the unit in a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range through the year, but guests are not able to individually change their thermostats. Includes a smart TV with streaming apps installed and is wheelchair accessible. A pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Parties are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
