The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. To ensure a secure experience, all members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in.
