Parking is available, but please park only in designated white spaces to avoid being towed. Yellow spaces are reserved, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered, and the full names and IDs of all guests entering the property must be provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
