This professionally managed and maintained apartment features a full-size kitchen with all essentials. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. Photos are a representation of what the apartments look like, but exact room assignment will be determined upon arrival. The apartment ranges between 350-475 square feet, and the furniture and layout will vary. Pets are welcome with a one-time $399 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If an unauthorized pet is found in the apartment, a supplemental non-disclosure fee of $400.00 will be immediately due and payable. Centrally located in the heart of Midtown, this apartment is near Sixth Avenue and 32nd Street on the border of Midtown West and Chelsea in Manhattan. The N/Q/R/W, B/D/F/M, and PATH trains are located on the same corner, and Penn Station is one block away. If you request a transfer to a different apartment after arrival, there will be a one-time $500 non-refundable transfer fee. A criminal background check is required prior to check-in. Failure to cooperate by timely delivering necessary identification documents and other required information is grounds for immediate termination of the confirmation. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or any area of the community.
