A dedicated workspace offers a quiet spot for any work that needs attention. The full kitchen is ready for shared meals, from quick breakfasts to family dinners, and a dining table anchors the space, keeping everyone connected. Indoor entertainment includes multiple TVs and a game console. Air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. Enjoy the pool and hot tub on the patio/balcony with a BBQ grill, where outdoor furniture invites you to relax. The pool and spa are ideal for a refreshing dip at any time of day. Free parking is provided in a garage with additional street parking. A gym is also available as part of the property’s amenities. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $50 per day of stay. A house-trained dog is welcome with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community with many full-time residents, so please adhere to the 25 MPH speed limit and watch for golf carts. Outside the back gate, you will find various dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Check-out time is 10 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes; violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors.
