This entire rental unit accommodates up to 11 guests. Two large living areas provide ample space for relaxation, entertainment, and catching up. The home features air conditioning for year-round comfort and a full kitchen equipped for preparing meals, with a dining table for gathering. Indoor entertainment includes TVs and a game console with a cinema-style set-up, ideal for movie nights. Enjoy the pool and spa, with an option for additional heating for a daily fee of $50. A BBQ grill is available on the patio/balcony. Free parking is provided in a garage on the premises, with additional free street parking. Access to resort amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness centers requires an RFID card, which costs $15 each and is valid for 3 days. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at the golf courses at their own expense. Located in Reunion, Kissimmee, this home is conveniently positioned for theme park visits and area attractions. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests are advised to be aware of humidity and bugs, common in Florida, and to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 11 guests are welcome. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After rain, small bugs may wash off the screen into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any rule violations. Self check-in and check-out are offered. A dedicated workspace is available, making longer stays easy to manage.
