This villa features a private heated pool and spa with optional heating, a themed theater/game room and cinema with surround sound, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island, a free washer and dryer, and 2 living areas with plush seating. Sunlight pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, framing the rolling greens of Reunion and inviting you to unwind on the spacious patio. Sleek lines and stylish modern interiors guide you from a welcoming foyer to a private pool area where the water shimmers under the Florida sky. The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar. There is also an open dining area that seats the whole group, ideal for family meals after a day at the parks. Two spacious living areas each have comfortable seating and large screens for streaming or gaming. Every detail, from the washer/dryer to the thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, is set up to make your stay effortless and memorable. If you would like to add pool and spa heating, the cost is $50 per day of stay. Situated in the quiet, family-friendly community of Reunion, this villa is 4 miles to Disney, 12 miles to SeaWorld, and 14 miles to Universal. It also has easy access to major highways and shopping centers. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions. Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. On-site parking is available in the driveway and garage. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring a house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150.
