The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" smart TV. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. One parking spot is included. Additional parking may be available in nearby garages or on the street, and details will be provided during check-in. Pets are allowed, depending on size or if they are service animals, for a fee of $20 per pet per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply to Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. Each unit will be issued only one key fob for the entire group to access the building. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
