Great amenities include a washer and dryer in unit, a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Multiple parking lots offer daily parking at reasonable prices within a 2 block radius. This apartment couldn't be in a more convenient location, steps to anything! It's one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall and the Statehouse, two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center and museums, a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information.
