The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and dining area with air conditioning. The second floor offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a hallway bath with a bathtub and shower combo, with heat only. The third floor features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth floor is the rooftop patio with outdoor seating and great views. The Pike/Pine Corridor in Capitol Hill is an iconic Seattle neighborhood and a prominent hub for food, music, and nightlife. You’ll find excellent brunch and coffee shops, fantastic dining and shopping, bustling nightlife and award-winning bars, world-class entertainment and live music, and enviable transit options. The home has a high walk score and many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. The Capitol Hill Light Rail Station is a short walk away, providing access to other parts of the city, including the airport. Ride-share services are highly recommended. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Construction on 14th Ave is ongoing from Monday to Friday, beginning between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM and ending between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please refrain from parking in front of the construction site during these hours for everyone's safety. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, digital piracy is prohibited, and shoes are not allowed in the home.
