Enjoy floor-to-ceiling views and Miami’s largest pool and spa, with on-site dining and Brickell Centre just steps away. This 842 sq ft apartment features a king bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment offers resort-style amenities, including a 300-ft pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, and a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center. Enjoy on-site dining at Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine, along with a eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, and a cold plunge. High-end toiletries are provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Exterior building maintenance will begin on July 1st, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets are welcome with specific rules, including a size limit and behavioral requirements. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving. This apartment is remote work-friendly, offering a comfortable space to work from home with reliable Wi-Fi. ✨Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.) Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
