Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a $500 ozone treatment fee. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $75 charge for every 30 minutes past the standard time. Lost keys or parking passes will result in additional charges. Please respect the neighbors and the apartment complex rules, including quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Long-term stays require monthly cleaning at an additional fee, and guests are responsible for removing garbage and any city fines incurred during their stay.
