At the back of the home, the fully screened patio with seating for five is perfect for relaxing with coffee or happy hour. The Primary Suite offers impressive space with a king bed, a large closet, a 50" Roku TV, and an en-suite bath. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available in the lockable storage closet across the hallway from the front door. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry pods and dish pods, all included with the cleaning fee. Pool/beach towels are not provided, but you can rent super light and durable backpack-style beach chairs for an enhanced experience. Located near Murrells Inlet and the Marsh Walk, this condo offers easy access to local attractions. It's just a 2-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to the Marsh Walk, and you can continue on to Huntington Beach State Park's bike path. A car is recommended for trips to the grocery store or to explore the amenities of Murrells Inlet and the South Strand. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed six, including infants and children. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A minimum age requirement of 25 applies for booking.
