Linen service, including linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, is available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. A roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, two laundry pods, and two dish pods are also provided. This is the perfect place to stay while experiencing all the South Strand has to offer. Free parking is available on the premises. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Trailers or branded company vehicles are not permitted. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. There is a minimum age requirement of 25.

This spacious and comfortable condo includes a full eat-in kitchen with dining for 7 and a comfortable living room. The downstairs primary suite has an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second hall bedroom with 2 queen beds downstairs with a bath across the hall. The second-floor loft suite has two double beds, a private bath, and a spacious walk-in closet. A rental car is recommended. Uber is available but can be limited at times. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. Beach chairs are available through a link after booking. Located inside Deerfield Plantation, this spacious villa is quietly tucked away but right in the middle of Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach," and close to excellent restaurants and fun beach activities. Grand Palms at Deerfield is centrally located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. The minimum age requirement to book is 25. This property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy may not exceed 7, including infants and children.
