Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. Beach chairs are available through a link after booking. Located inside Deerfield Plantation, this spacious villa is quietly tucked away but right in the middle of Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach," and close to excellent restaurants and fun beach activities. Grand Palms at Deerfield is centrally located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target, and Walmart within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive. Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. The minimum age requirement to book is 25. This property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.
