Our Extra Large one bedroom apartments are 750 square feet with a private entrance, a HUGE lighted walk in closet, washer & dryer hook ups, plush w/w carpet, an extra-large ceiling fan with built-in lights, 2" high quality wood mini blinds, extra-large rooms, extra-large windows, extra-large full bath with gorgeous new vanity, lights and mirror, refrigerator with built in ice maker*, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, tons of cabinet space, Every apartment is sunny and super clean, non-smoking, front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). Our 2bd/2ba is $1,395.00/month with private high speed internet, basic cable, water, sewer, trash & pest control included- all you pay is expanded cable and electricity. We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Please call for breed restrictions and additional criteria. All Apartments are on a first come first serve basis and go quickly. Securing an apartment is easy. Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum gross monthly income requirement of $2,862.50-$3,187.50 ($34,350.00-$38,250.00 annually)
