We have lived here for 2 years and have loved every minute of it! Cathy is an excellent property manager and David is a wonderful maintenance man. They make sure everyone is well taken care of and interacts positively with all residents. It is a great family atmosphere that my children love living in. It is concenconv to shopping and the beach. I can't say enough great things about this facility.

I've lived here for over a year now and have to say that I've never been happier! Clean, friendly, and hands down the best place to live on the beach! Property Manager Cathy is the greatest manager I've ever had and David is awesome and friendly when it comes to maintenance
