The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, two dishwasher pods and two laundry pods. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. A car is recommended for getting around. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. This condo is centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, directly across from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North. Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's are just across the street. Enjoy a delightful meal and oceanfront views at the Sea Captain's House, a short three-block walk away. Explore the vibrant entertainment, dining, and shopping options at Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, all within a mile. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, including infants and children. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Please hang provided parking passes from your vehicle's rear view mirror or place on the dashboard. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots.
