Located on Ocean Blvd, this spacious retreat is perfect for families. This stunning condo offers 1400 square feet of comfortable living space with two bathrooms. Start your day with coffee on one of two expansive balconies, enjoying the sunrise and ocean breeze. In the evenings, unwind by the secluded courtyard pool and hot tub while sharing stories. The open-concept living room and kitchen are perfect for socializing while relaxing or preparing meals. The condo features spacious bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and two dishwasher and two laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Remember to bring your own beach and pool towels. A car is recommended for getting around. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. This condo is centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, directly across from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North. Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's are just across the street. Enjoy a meal and oceanfront views at the Sea Captain's House, a short three-block walk away. Explore the entertainment, dining, and shopping options at Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, all within a mile. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people, including infants and children. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. There is a key on the kitchen counter to unlock the dumpster door. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Please hang provided parking passes from your vehicle's rear view mirror or place on the dashboard. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots. Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian.
