This property includes private garage parking for 2 full vehicles underneath. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Renting a gas-powered golf cart is an option, and it can be delivered. Located between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside, this condo is in a perfect position right on the ocean, with fabulous restaurants and shopping within 5-10 minutes. The brand new Surfside Pier is close by, and the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is also nearby. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am as per city ordinance.
