Or, if you are in the mood for something a little more high brow, pack up the family and head for the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk. Located all on one level on the second floor, there are 2 private entrances to this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo. As you enter through the main door, you will be swept into the open plan and very spacious living, kitchen, and dining space with seating at the table for a comfortable 6 and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Speaking of the kitchen, it's fully stocked with all modern appliances, granite and stone countertops, and plenty of space to store your provisions. There is a third bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as an additional roll-out cot if ever needed. Next door is bedroom 2 with a king bed and twin day bed and a private half bath located inside this room. Just adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is a large hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Located right off the living room is the huge Master Suite with a private en-suite bathroom with large shower and double vanities. The suite contains a king bed, nice sized closet, and 40" flat screen TV and has ocean views from bed. To make your stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free, we offer some optional super light, durable backpack style beach chairs as well as our custom golf carts which are rentable on your Guest Portal provided at the time of booking. Between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside, you are in a perfect position not only because you are right on the ocean, but because you can be at fabulous restaurants as well as shopping within 5-10 minutes. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 8, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per city ordinance. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Park anywhere in front of the building you are staying in. No parking pass is required.
