Whether you know Surfside Beach or not, you will feel at home in this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath ocean-view condo. Located on the second floor with 2 private entrances, this beautifully updated and modern 1300 sq ft property is a show stopper! As you enter through the main door, you will be swept into the open plan and very spacious living/kitchen/dining space with seating at the table for a comfortable 6 and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances, granite and stone countertops, and plenty of space to store your provisions. There is a third bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as an additional roll-out cot if ever needed. Next door is bedroom #2 with a king-size bed and twin day bed and a private half bath located inside this room. Just adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is a large hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Located right off the living room is the huge master suite with a private en-suite bathroom with a large shower and double vanities. The suite contains a king-size bed, nice sized closet, and 40" flat screen tv and has ocean views from bed. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. This condo includes private garage parking for 2 full vehicles. Most of the other condos in this community don't have a full 2 car garage and thus can't really fit a gas powered golf cart in their garages, but this one will. Feel free to rent one for your stay and you can have it delivered. Located between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside, you are in a perfect position not only because you are right on the ocean, but because you can be at fabulous restaurants as well as shopping within 5-10 minutes. Or, if you are in the mood for something a little more high brow, pack up the family and head for the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk. Getting around in Surfside Beach is relatively easy by either car or golf cart. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Renters are not allowed to have pets. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Park anywhere in front of the building you are staying in. No parking pass is required.
