It can be rented by itself or with the "A" unit, providing privacy when needed and a backyard for family gatherings. The unit comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, or 10 if both sides of the duplex are reserved. Enjoy easy access to the beautiful Garden City beaches, grocery stores, and local eateries like the Conch Cafe with our gas-powered golf carts. Unit B, fully remodeled in late 2024 or early 2025, features a primary suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bath. The open-plan living room includes plush leather recliners with USB outlets and a 65-inch smart TV. The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts granite countertops, a dining table, and additional bar seating for up to 4. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, along with a second bathroom, comfortably accommodate the rest of the family. A large deck out back is perfect for morning coffee or happy hour after beach time. We offer optional super light, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts, rentable through your Guest Portal provided at the time of booking. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods are included with the cleaning fee. Please bring your own pool or beach towels. Located on Yaupon Ave., east of Hwy 17, this duplex is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short golf cart ride across the marsh to the spectacular Garden City Beaches. It's conveniently situated within 10 minutes of three grocery stores, several fantastic local restaurants, and the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. Garden City Beach is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and laid-back pace of life, making it a favorite annual beach getaway for many guests. The property is non-smoking and has a minimum age requirement of 25. Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 6, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We value our guests' privacy but are available if needed.
