Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. Guests are responsible for securing garbage in bags and depositing it in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo is conveniently situated near Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's. It's a short walk to the renowned Sea Captain's House, less than half a mile from Broadway at the Beach, a quarter mile from Top Golf, and just over a mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Convention Center. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to treat the home and common areas with respect. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure, and children under 12 require a parent or guardian in the pool area. Towels or bathing suits should not be hung on balconies.
