The gym is equipped with a Peloton bike, treadmill, weights, yoga mats, TV, and speaker. The sophisticated office space includes a desk, chair, keyboard, and printer. The fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances, including a 2-in-1 coffee maker, espresso machine, and bubbly water filter. The home accommodates up to 16 guests with 4 private primary bedrooms and two full-size bunk beds in the game room. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Guests can request the use of kayaks during the winter months from November to March. Sycamore Ranch is situated on a private 500-acre lot with access to the White River. Beaver Lake is 8 miles away at Starkey Marina, and The Beaver Dam Site Park is 7 miles away. The historic Downtown Eureka Springs, with its shops, eateries, and bars, is just 8 miles from the property. Property management personnel will be present at the property, working on the land, and are available to answer questions about the trail system. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake and river. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, with a fine of $1000 for unapproved gatherings. This property is not pet-friendly, with a $400 fine for pets discovered on the premises. This is a non-smoking home, with a $1000 fine plus the cost of smoke remediation for violations.
