The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for meal preparation and features new appliances. The open-concept living space includes a cozy sectional, a wood-burning stove fireplace, a large Smart TV, and a dining table. The game room offers another large Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a shuffleboard table, with built-in bunk beds and patio access. The primary suite in the loft features a king-size bed, Smart TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed, Smart TV, and closet space. The fourth sleeping area is in the game room, featuring two full/twin bunk beds. Enjoy the outdoor oasis with a huge hot tub, a putting green, a fire pit, a grill, a dining table, and a TV on the fully furnished patio, which also has heaters for cooler months and an outdoor shower available in the summer. An electric vehicle charging outlet (TT30 Amp) is available. A washer and dryer are provided for guest use. Dogs are welcome with a required fee of $200 per dog, paid prior to stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Located on Beaver Lake's shoreline, this home is approximately 4 miles to Hobbs State Park for hiking, biking, and kayaking, and 4.5 miles to Rocky Branch Marina. Downtown Rogers, offering various restaurants and shops, is about 15 miles away. Please be aware that the hot tub may require servicing during your stay, and hot tub servicing may occur while guests are present. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit the use of the fire pit. Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. The home is on a sensitive septic system; do not flush any hygiene products, as additional fees may be incurred if the system fails.
