Enjoy the convenience of two Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, a propane barbecue grill, and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Custom geometric details are found throughout, including a three-story hand-painted leaf mural wall and blackout blinds in all bedrooms. A Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware are available. Located on a quiet country road, this property is within walking distance of both Beaver Lake (0.5 mi) and Hickory Creek Marina (1.1 mi). Enjoy a private acre of land surrounding the home, including a gas barbecue grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and shade trees. Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 3, and require a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
