Located in the heart of Rogers, Arkansas, this property is 0.7 mile from Downtown Rogers Square, 0.2 mile to hop on the Railyard Bike Loop, which connects to the Razorback Greenway and Railyard Bike Park, 1.5 miles from Lake Atalanta Park + Trails, 1 mile bike ride from The Railyard Bike Park, 7 miles to Downtown Bentonville, and 21 miles to the University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. Walk, drive, or ride your bike around town! Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
