It's also 3 miles from access to the Razorback Greenway, NWA's premier walking, riding and biking trail, 2 miles from Pinnacle Country Club and Shadow Valley Country Club, 15 minutes from XNA, and 3 miles from highway access to Bentonville, Bella Vista, or Fayetteville. This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. Recreation vehicles and equipment, including boats, motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and similar vehicles, cannot be parked or stored in sight of the neighbors or the street. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. There will be a $100 fine for parking in the street as it is against POA/HOA regulations. Dog relief area in backyard. Please always clean up after pets. Includes an office area with a computer monitor and webcam for Zoom calls, as well as a desk with a computer monitor and office chair in the fourth bedroom.
