For entertainment, board games are available. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, as well as extra towels and linens during their stay. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs. Located just 3 miles from all of Uptown Rogers' hotspots, including the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion, Pinnacle Hills Promenade, Village on the Creeks, Topgolf, local boutiques and countless restaurants, this home is ideally situated. It's also 3 miles from access to NWA's premier walking, riding, and biking trail, the extensive Razorback Greenway, 2 miles from Pinnacle Country Club and Shadow Valley Country Club, 15 minutes from XNA, and 3 miles from highway access for easy access to Bentonville, Bella Vista, or Fayetteville. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Recreation vehicles and equipment, including boats, motor homes, travel trailers, campers, and similar vehicles, cannot be parked or stored in sight of the neighbors or the street, per HOA covenant rules. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, and unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and smoking in the home will incur a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Parking is only available in the garage and driveway, and parking in the street or on the lawn will incur a $100 fine. Quiet hours are after 10 PM.
