The living room includes a large Smart TV with streaming channels, plush seating, and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with a large island and bar stools. The game room provides an extra living space with more seating, a coffee bar, games, and a Smart TV with a Wii gaming console. There is an electric fireplace inside and a washer and dryer for guest use. Board games and playing cards are provided. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Located just 2 miles from Downtown Rogers, this house has creek access to Beaver Lake across the road and is 3.5 miles to Prairie Creek Marina. Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Rogers has to offer, including tons of shops, eateries, and entertainment. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
